This is Zafer Çarhacıoğlu Zafer continues his career as a human resources and recruitment consultant at Italentscout. After graduating from Istanbul University English Business Administration Department, he started his career as an Assistant Manager at B&F Imports Company in New York. Çarhacıoğlu, who completed his MBA-Entrepreneurship Master's Degree as an Assistant Lecturer at Ball State University, one of the public schools in the State of Indiana, worked as a senior manager at the largest supermarket chain in the same state. After returning to Turkey, he worked as a manager in the Logistics and HR fields at Şişecam Holding. During this period, Çarhacıoğlu, who taught MBA at Bahçeşehir University, later served as the Human Resources Regional Manager responsible for Turkey, Finland and Estonia at the Spanish CAF company, one of the world's largest train manufacturers. he served as the Human Resources and Corporate Communications Manager at Elginkan Holding for 6 years and finally worked as the Human Resources Director at Duyar Vana.
Çarhacıoğlu, who is currently continuing his education life by writing a doctoral thesis at Istanbul University, Department of Labor Economics and Industrial Relations, continues his passion for collecting, tango and traveling.
